Juliet Kaska is one of the country’s leading fitness experts, celebrity trainers, and fitness entrepreneurs. Juliet is a Master Pilates Teacher; trained directly by Lolita San Miguel, a Pilates Elder and one of the few original students of Joseph Pilates. She is also the creator of some of Hollywood’s favorite fitness programs including the Bombshell Bride, Picture Perfect, Packin’ Lite, and the Executive’s Workout. The upscale and discrete location of Juliet’s fitness centers have attracted a wide variety of Hollywood "types.” Juliet's personal list of clients boasts an impressive list of celebrities, CEO’s, models, rock stars and entertainment moguls.

For almost two decades she has trained numerous Hollywood stars, been featured by countless media outlets, and developed fitness studios and training programs throughout Los Angeles.

In 2005, she opened Emerson Hall Fitness (EHF) in West Hollywood, California, which quickly became the most sought after boutique gym in the Los Angeles area. She then went on to launch her brand JK Zen Fitness, with partnership locations throughout LA. In 2010, she opened the JK Zen Fitness Pilates Studio on Robertson Boulevard directly across from the celebrity haven, The Ivy Restaurant.

Juliet’s vision for JK Zen Fitness makes her stand out in body-centric LA where gyms are numerous and hard to distinguish from one another. Juliet prides herself on maintaining a welcoming, home-like atmosphere in her facilities. The studio is a place where trainers and clients feel like part of a fitness family: always comfortable, friendly and familiar.

The upscale and discrete location of Juliet’s fitness centers have attracted a wide variety of Hollywood “types.” Juliet’s personal list of clients includes an impressive variety of celebrities, CEO’s, models, rock stars, and entertainment moguls.

In addition to her celebrity clientele, Juliet is known for creating Hollywood’s favorite workout programs: The Bombshell Bride, Picture Perfect, The Executive’s Workout, The Baby Body Series, The Red Carpet Workout and her most popular, Pilates Burn: a high intensity workout combing Pilates Reformer equipment, traditional strength training techniques and the flow of Yoga.

Juliet has consulted for, and appeared on, numerous programs such as: Good Morning America, Dr. Phil, Good Day LA, Entertainment Tonight, E! News, and Access Hollywood. She has also been featured as a fitness expert in numerous publications including: Vogue, Shape, Angeleno, W, Self, Us Weekly, Los Angeles Magazine, People, Oxygen, and Fitness Magazine.

In a partnership with Exercise TV, she created a popular series of workout videos showcasing her Red Carpet Ready workout. She has hosted many fitness events including: OK! Magazine Body & Soul, Shape Magazine’s Bikini Body, Shape Magazine’s Pilates event, the Nordstrom “Active Line” launch, and the Muscle Milk Beach House. Juliet is also a brand ambassador for Lululemon, a fitness spokesperson for ACTIVATE and is on the Board of Advisers for GoFit. She has written countless articles for magazines and co-authored a #1 best seller on Amazon.com, The ABC’s of Happiness: Not for Children.

Juliet is trained and certified in multiple disciplines making her workout programs both diverse and innovative. She is a second generation Master Pilates Teacher, taught by Lolita San Miguel, one of the original six students of Joseph Pilates. She is a duel-certified personal trainer from American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Juliet is also a Dharma Mittra trained Yoga teacher.
